Planning Permit applications can be submitted online, via mail or directly at one of our customer service centres or libraries.

If you prefer to submit a paper form, complete an Application to Amend a Planning Permit and return it to one of our service centres or libraries, or mail to Latrobe City Council at 141 Commercial Rd, Morwell VIC 3840.

You will need:

• Amend a Planning Permit application form
• Cover Letter detailing the proposal.
• Plans drawn to scale and fully dimensioned including:
  • Existing Site Plan
  • Proposed Site Plans
    • Example Development Site Plan Agricultural Shed V1
    • Example Development Site Plan Agricultural Shed V2
    • Example Development Site Plan Commercial Development
    • Example Development Site Plan Industrial Warehouse
    • Example Development Site Plan Two Dwellings
  • Proposed Elevation and Floor Plans
    • Example Development Site Plan Agricutrual Shed Elevation Edits
  • Copy of Title and any restrictions (produced in the last 60 days)
  • Planning Fee

Other information may be requested by Council if it is considered necessary to assess the application.
