Q. Do I need an account to make a booking?
A. Yes. All customers must register for an account before they can commence making bookings.
Q. How do I know what customer type I am?
A. Please refer to our appendix below.
- Private Hirer- An individual person who is hiring for personal use.
- Commercial Organisation- A person or business utilising the space for business activities or who will be earning revenue during the booking (e.g. DR hiring for telehealth appts).
- Community Group- A gathering of community members who share a common interest or goal.
- Not-for-Profit- An organisation registered with the ACNC (Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission).
- Educational Institution- An organisation whose primary purpose is to provide learning.
- Senior Citizens Club- A club of people aged 55+, recognised by Latrobe City Council.
- Within Latrobe- Individual/ Organisation is based within Latrobe City Council municipal boundaries.
- Outside of Latrobe- Organisation based outside of Latrobe City Council municipal boundaries.
Q. What do I do if I don’t have an email?
A. Community members without an email address will need to contact Latrobe City to request a booking. Please call 1300 367 700 to be directed to the relevant bookings officer.
Q. How far in advance can I make a booking?
A. You may request a booking up to 18 months in advance.
Q. How do I modify or cancel my booking?
A. Log in to Bookable then select ‘My Bookings’ in the top right-hand corner. From here, select the relevant booking and use the navigation panel to select either modify or cancel.

Q. Can I make a booking for multiple dates?
A. Yes. Begin making a booking at the desired venue, then select ‘add date’ or ‘create a series’ to make a repeat booking.
