Use this application process when you have submitted an application for a Planning Permit, Council Planning Officers are currently assessing the application, but you want to make some changes to the application.

Before submitting this type of application, contact our Statutory Planning Team

This application form can be submitted here or you may submit it in person at our headquarters in Morwell. 

If you prefer to submit a paper form, complete an Amend an Application for a Planning Permit Form and return it to one of our service centres or libraries, or mail to Latrobe City Council at 141 Commercial Rd, Morwell VIC 3840.

You will need:

• Amend an Application for a Planning Permit Application form
• Cover Letter detailing the changes to the proposal.
• Plans drawn to scale and fully dimensioned including:
  • Existing Site Plan
  • Proposed Site Plans

• Proposed Elevation and Floor Plans

• Copy of Title and any restrictions(produced in the last 60 days)
• Planning Fee

Other information may be requested by Council if it is considered necessary to assess the application.
