Arrange automatic deductions from your bank account by completing the Direct Debit request form enclosed with your Rates Notice, or download an application(PDF, 568KB) and return the completed and signed form to Council by mail, in person, or by email.
To cancel an existing direct debit arrangement, please submit a request to Council. Please note that processing of your Direct Debit cancellation may take up to 10 working days from the date of receipt of your request. Refer to the Direct Debit Terms and Conditions.
