The Trust is managed by five Trustees who meet bi-monthly to determine the distribution of Trust funds and consider submissions.
The current trustees are:

- Cr Sharon Gibson, Mayor
- Cr Melissa Ferguson
- Cr Graeme Middlemiss
- Cr Kellie O’Callaghan
