  • Baldwin Road Development Plan

    The Baldwin Road Development Plan applies to land north of Baldwin Road in Traralgon, identified as a key residential growth area in the Latrobe Planning Scheme.

  • Heritage Gap Study and Heritage Advisory Committee

    The Heritage Gap Study is about finding important places in Latrobe that may have been overlooked in the previous heritage assessment to ensure that all places of heritage significance are properly identified, valued, and considered for protection.
