You must complete an submit a Business Approvals Application along with floor plans and a schedule of finishes. This form requests the location of the proposed premises, contact details for the applicant, intended activity and details of when the works are scheduled.

You may wish to submit floor plans along with your Business Approvals Application for a public health and well being premises. Details that you may wish to outline in the plans include:

• the type and location of all proposed fittings and fixtures
• the finishes to all floors, walls and ceilings
