Latrobe City Council pursuant to sections 189 and 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 (the Act) gives notice of its intention to consider the proposed exchange of two parcels of Council land totaling 2946 square metres.

The Council land is part of Reserve 1 Plan of Subdivision PS603057 and part of Reserve 2 Plan of Subdivision PS644123, Ellavale Estate.  The sections of land will become road reserves to access the next eight stages of the Ellavale Estate.  The equivalent area of Developer land will become an additional Drainage Reserve.
