Expression of Interest – Community Representation: Latrobe City Trust

The Latrobe City Trust was established by Latrobe City Council in 1998 to raise funds and encourage local philanthropy to support individuals and communities across Latrobe City through the distribution of grants.

A wide variety of activities are supported through the Trust for the promotion of sport, recreation, education, the environment and the arts across the municipality, as well as initiatives to foster the advancement and wellbeing of all within our community.

The Trust is managed by five Trustees, made up of one (1) community representative appointed by Council and four (4) Council representatives being the Mayor and Chief Executive Officer of the day together with two Councillors.

Expressions of interest are currently being invited for the community representative Trustee position, from people who are passionate about Latrobe City. The term of the position will be for a period of four (4) years.
