Startup Gippsland – For people who have an existing business or ideas that can be scaled Nationally or Internationally.
Startup Gippsland is a regional initiative and one of Australia’s most highly regarded regional startup programs with the aim to ignite the region's startup ecosystem.
A collaborative project led by Latrobe City Council on behalf of the 6 local Gippsland councils; Bass Coast Shire, Baw Baw Shire, East Gippsland Shire, South Gippsland Shire and Wellington Shire councils.
The program has supported over 150 founders through pre-accelerator and accelerator programs and had thousands of people attend events over the 5 years the program has been running. It is one of the few regional programs in Victoria that has been in continuous operation since 2019 and has won several awards.
