Have Your Say on Amendment C101 - Recreational Signage and Corrections

About the project

Latrobe City Council has prepared Amendment C101 to the Latrobe Planning Scheme

Amendment C101 proposes to:

Allow Promotional Signage to be located at specific Council managed Recreation Reserves.

The Amendment also implements recommendations from the Latrobe Planning Scheme Review Report (2014), along with addressing other anomalies identified by key stakeholders.

The community can have their say on the Amendment during the four week exhibition process. Drop in sessions will be scheduled and meetings with council planners will be available upon request.

Submissions received during exhibition will be considered and proposed changes will be summarised and presented at a Council Meeting in February 2020.

Community members will be able to make a verbal submission to Councillors at this meeting.

If the amendment proceeds to a Planning Panel for independent assessment, we envisage that a decision on the Amendment will occur in early 2020.
