Latrobe City Council gives notice under section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 (the Act) of its intention to consider the sale of Council land, totaling 3400 square metres, being part of Reserve 1 on Plan LP120121.

The land is an unused railway spur line off the Gippsland – Melbourne Rail Line off Minchington Road/Rear Swan Road Morwell. 

Council is considering selling the land to be incorporated into 8 Minchington Road and 23-25 Swan Road Morwell
