Under Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989, Latrobe City Council gives notice of its intention to consider the potential sale of land being part of 2-14 Tobruk Street Morwell.
The area of land is approximately 13,400 m2 described as Lot 1 on unregistered Plan of Subdivision PS824686R and is part Certificate of Title Volume 8100 Folio 481. The land is proposed to be sold to Community Housing Victoria Limited.
