Ester Deboer is a children’s book illustrator, artist and author based in Gippsland.  Since her first published picture book, Imagine, written by Emma Mactaggart, was awarded GOLD Best Children's Illustrated eBook at the IPPY Awards in New York, Ester has worked non-stop on a variety of projects. Recently, she collaborated with local author, Megan Higginson, on a mutual passion: Raymund and the Fear Monster, which, excitingly, continues to attract positive reviews, including being named Highly Recommended by the Childrens Book Council of Australia.
