We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with additional needs, culturally diverse communities and people of all gender identities and sexual orientations.

We're committed to creating a workplace where everyone can be themselves, contribute their best and feel a genuine sense of belonging.

Our commitment to inclusion is guided by workforce strategies and plans such as:
•    Workforce Plan
•    Diversity and Inclusion Workforce Strategy

We recognise that everyone has different needs and circumstances. Whether you're returning to work, balancing caring responsibilities, transitioning to retirement, or seeking greater flexibility, we aim to provide an inclusive and supportive employment experience.

As a Child Safe Organisation, we have zero tolerance for child abuse and are committed to promoting the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of children. Learn more about our commitment to child safety here.

We’re committed to making our recruitment process inclusive and respectful. Our goal is to give you a fair chance to show your skills and experience.

Flexible ways of working

We know flexibility looks different for everyone, and that our people's needs and circumstances can change throughout different stages of life. Whether you're returning to work, balancing caring responsibilities, managing health needs, transitioning to retirement, or seeking greater flexibility, we are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive employment experience.

We support a range of flexible working arrangements, in line with our Flexible Working Arrangements Procedure. Depending on the role, this may include:

  • Flexible start and finish times
  • Part-time work or job sharing
  • Flexible rosters or hours
  • Transition to retirement options
  • Workplace adjustments for people with disability
  • Working from different locations

Many people use flexible arrangements to support caring responsibilities, health needs, personal commitments and other life circumstances. We recognise that every situation is different and are committed to working collaboratively to find flexible solutions that support both our people and our community.
