Privacy Collection Notice
Latrobe City Council collects your personal information, including your name and email address, to assess your Expression of Interest for appointment to the Youth Council.
How your information may be used
- communicate with you about your application and the outcome of the selection process;
- administer the Youth Council program and related activities if your application is successful; and
- meet Council’s legislative, administrative and reporting obligations.
Mandatory information
All fields in this Expression of Interest form are mandatory unless otherwise stated. Council may be unable to assess or progress your application if any required information is missing.
Who may receive your information
Where necessary, Council may disclose your personal information to Council officers, contractors or service providers involved in administering the Youth Council program. Your information will not otherwise be disclosed unless authorised or required by law.
Accessing or correcting your information
Council manages personal information in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 and Council’s Privacy Policy. You may contact Council to request access to, or correction of, your personal information.
