The Latrobe City Council has established an Aerospace Precinct at its Latrobe Regional Airport, which is located 150 km east of Melbourne in the heart of Gippsland.

The “Latrobe City Aerospace Precinct” builds on manufacturing capability already at the airport with , the manufacturer of the only Australian built commercial aircraft.
