Latrobe City Council requires:

• One written quote for projects up to $5000
• Two written quotes for projects between $5000 and $15,000
• Three written quotes for projects over $15,000
• We will accept screenshots of catalogues or online ads as quotes for items under $500.

We only accept written quotes that include:

• The date
• The registered business name
• A detailed cost breakdown
• Qualification or Registration details of the contractor where applicable

Each organisation can only submit one application. The application may include more than one accessibility improvement to be undertaken at the same venue. Applicants will be asked to prioritise these as part of the application

Applicants may find it helpful to engage a consultant to assist in identifying the solutions to reducing barriers, however this is not an eligibility requirement.
