Latrobe City Council are offering a FREE Sleep and Settling Program by trained practitioners. Support is available via telephone consultations, in office appointments, in home support or one on one support at our onsite Day Stay Centre.
Our sleep and Settling Programs provide education and support about sleep behaviour for children aged from birth – five years.

Day Stay is now open Fridays at Moe Place
The Latrobe City Day stay program is a is a warm, inviting space, set up with dedicated sleep rooms. This onsite program provides a gentle and responsive approach to sleep guidance whilst being supported by an experienced Maternal and Child Health nurse in a one-on-one setting. The service is guided by evidence-based practice informed by the Sleeping and Settling model of care guide for Victorian Maternal and Child Health services.
Our Nurses will assist with:
- Identifying tired cues
- responsive settling
- age appropriate routines
- solutions and strategies for sleep concerns
