Temporary Food Stalls

All businesses and community groups that sell food and/or beverages at markets and events must lodge their Statement of Trade (SOT) using the statewide FoodTrader online notification system prior to attending the event.

FoodTrader provides Councils with the ability to share information about temporary and mobile food premises.

To register, simply visit the FoodTrader Website, create your login and the system will guide you through the process until you are ready to lodge the form.  You will then receive an email notification from FoodTrader confirming your registration or notification has been accepted by the Council in which you lodged the application with.
