We, the undersigned request that Latrobe City Council:

1. Establish designated 72-hour caravan/RV stays with free dump points in Moe, Morwell, and Churchill to encourage travellers to stop and spend time in each town.
2. Engage with caravan and tourism groups to ensure these new facilities meet travellers' needs and are effectively publicised.
    
3. List these sites on caravan travel apps (such as Wikicamps and CamperMate) to maximise awareness among the caravan community.
    
4. Recognise the economic benefits of providing essential services to the growing caravan and RV community, attracting both budget-conscious and paid-stay travellers.

Implementing these facilities would boost local tourism, increase small business revenue, and enhance Latrobe City's profile as a caravan-friendly destination, bringing long-term economic benefits to the community.

Moe Outdoor Pool is a beautiful venue where our local community can enjoy recreational swimming, training for competition or swim with friends and family. However, the lack of heating at the pool limits the community’s usage to between 30 November and 10 March, and only on days when the temperature is above 25 degrees.

We, the undersigned request that the Moe Outdoor Pool be upgraded with heating facilities to remove the constraints on opening times due to weather. The community of Moe will then have an outdoor aquatic venue with a comfortable temperature throughout the year.
This will extend the useability of the facility for the enthusiastic swimmers, young and old, who are keen on using the pool for fitness. It will also support the facilitation of activities such as school swimming events and competitive race meets throughout the year.

We, the undersigned request that the Latrobe City Council revoke their governance rule 67.2.1, 67.3.3 and 67.4. The public have the right to petition and this right should not be limited by word counts and templates. More importantly, the public should not be required to only use the council’s own e-petition format and should have the right to utilise other third-party formats. These rules need to be changed to allow the public to exercise their right to petition more freely.

We, the undersigned citizens request that Latrobe City Council liaise with Regional Roads Victoria to have the classification of Grey Street, Traralgon, as an arterial road revised to ban B-Double and other similar, noisy trucks from residential areas such as Grey Street and Kay Street and to identify an alternative route away from such residential areas.

At the 2nd March 2020 LCC meeting a motion was passed to review the 2010 LCC Position on Climate Change and it’s Impacts.

We, the undersigned, would like the Council to publish their review of the policy, or at least indicate when this lengthy procedure will be completed.

We, the undersigned concerned citizens wish to inform the Latrobe City Council of the need for additional carparking at Morwell Park Primary School along Burnside Drive, Morwell.

We ask that the Latrobe City Council to provide additional carparking to allow parents to safely drop their children at school.

We ask that the Latrobe City Council investigate initiatives and provide assistance to those living in bushfire risk areas for the disposal of green waste. This can include providing a concession card / expanded voucher system and/or scheduled periods of amnesty on green waste disposal fees during certain periods throughout the year.
