Latrobe City Sporting Hall of Fame

Nominations are now open for the Latrobe City Sporting Hall of Fame.

Established in 2006, the Latrobe City Sporting Hall of Fame celebrates our rich sporting history and recognises individuals who have achieved excellence or made a significant contribution to sport.

Individuals can be nominated in the following categories:

Legend

Athletes who have achieved sporting excellence by competing at the highest level of their chosen sport.

Member

Individuals who have made a significant contribution to sport, including athletes, coaches, officials, administrators, managers, mentors, sports scientists and sports media representatives.

Nomination details

The Sporting Hall of Fame recognises people whose achievements, dedication and service have made a lasting impact on sport and brought pride to the Latrobe City community.

Nominations are open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria. All nominations are assessed by an independent panel, with successful nominees inducted into the Sporting Hall of Fame at a civic ceremony.

The Sporting Hall of Fame accepts nominations every four years.
