“Electricity Safety (Electric Line Clearance) Regulations 2020”
Notification of Street Tree, Power Line Pruning Maintenance.
Latrobe City Council will be conducting street tree / vegetation pruning within the residential areas of Traralgon, (Block 07 & 08)
Works are scheduled to commence on 01 September 2025 and continuing within this area for several weeks.
The areas include:
- Traralgon - Blocks 7 & 8
Works will be undertaken throughout all residential zones within these areas. This vegetation maintenance is required for Latrobe City Council to achieve compliance to the Electricity Safety (Electric Line Clearance) Regulations 2020.
This street tree pruning is a legislative requirement. All works conducted will be undertaken in accordance with best Arboriculture practice methods and in accordance with Australian Standards AS 4373-2007 (Pruning of amenity trees).
Changed traffic conditions and minor delays could apply while these works are underway.
