Sydney Writers’ Festival is Australia’s largest celebration of books and ideas, bringing the world’s finest authors and esteemed thinkers together for insightful and exhilarating conversations and discussions.
Latrobe City Libraries is offering a free livestream of selected sessions at Traralgon Library and Service Centre, as well as some special community events. Listen to top-selling authors, Australian icons and deep thinkers as they discuss books and ideas. During the sessions, participants can send questions to the presenters/authors.

Bookings for most sessions are preferred as places may be limited. Your ticket allows you access to any or all of the sessions on that day. You must book a ticket for each day. Patrons with booked tickets will be given priority for seats.
Bookings are required for the cartoon workshop to guarantee a place. Please book for each child attending. Children under 12 must be actively supervised by an adult. Accompanying adults do not need to book a separate ticket.
