You can access a list of our currently advertised tenders and tender documents online, using our eTendering Portal

E-Tender Portal Website

Once you have registered you will be notified of any changes to tender documents, have access to the questions and answers forum during the advertising period and be able to view all open opportunities.

All public tenders are advertised in the 'Local Government Tenders' section of the Saturday edition of The Age and the ‘Council Noticeboard’ in the Latrobe Valley Express.

Submitting Tenders

When you submit a tender please be do so in accordance with the requirements stated in the tender documents.

We do prefer that you use the electronic tender system and only provide  documentation relevant to your tender submission.

However, if needed, we do have a physical ‘Tender box’ at Latrobe City Council Corporate Headquarters, 141 Commercial Road, Morwell.

You can find a list of all recently closed tenders which are pending evaluation and recently awarded contracts is available on the eTendering Portal.
