The event planner is a free resource to assist organisations, community groups and organisers to successfully plan and safely run an event.
Prior to gaining permission for an event, organisers must comply with all requirements in this planner and check with Council which permits you may require. Events that need to meet these requirements include any event that is:
- Held on Council land
- Held on land managed by Council
- Sponsored by council
Organisers planning events on private land are welcome to use the document below as a guide. A copy hard copy or CD format of the planner can be requested by sending your details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
