We offer flexible instalment options to help you manage your rates throughout the year. You can pay your rates in 4 standard instalments:

Penalty Interest Waiver for Eligible Owner-Occupiers 2026/27
In recognition of the transition away from the lump sum payment option to instalment payments only, Council provides one-off transition support by waiving penalty interest on overdue rates instalments assessed for FY2026/27 (current year rates only) where it is the ratepayers:
- principal place of residence
- the ratepayer paid their FY2025/26 rates in full by 15 February 2026 and
-
where an amount equivalent to the value of the first three instalments is received in full by 28 February 2027.

Other Payment Options
You can use any of the other payment methods found below in the payment options section.
Lump Sum Payment
From 1 July, 2026 we will no longer offer a formal lump sum payment option. Residents who prefer to pay the whole amount may still do so, however that payment will need to be made by 30 September to avoid penalty interest.
