Rates Payment Options and Due Dates

We offer flexible instalment options to help you manage your rates throughout the year. You can pay your rates in 4 standard instalments:

Pay by Instalments
Instalment 1 due 30 September
Instalment 2 due 30 November
Instalment 3 due 28 February
Instalment 4 due 31 May

Direct Debit

If you prefer to pay via a Direct Debit arrangement, we offer weekly, fortnightly, monthly or instalment options

To get started, simply complete the Rates Direct Debit Request form, found under the payment options section below

Other Payment Options

You can use any of the other payment methods found below in the payment options section.

Lump Sum Payment

From 1 July, 2026 we will no longer offer a formal lump sum payment option. Residents who prefer to pay the whole amount may still do so, however that payment will need to be made by 30 September to avoid penalty interest.

Need More time to pay?

If you are having difficulty paying on time, please ensure you contact the Property and Rates team as soon as possible to arrange a payment plan and avoid additional charges.
