Meeting rooms available to be booked:
The conditions of hire apply to all community meeting room bookings
Traralgon Community Meeting Room (located within Traralgon Library)
Seats with table:10
Seats, theatre style: 20 maximum
Available:
- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm
- Saturday 9am - 12pm
- Sunday 3pm - 6pm
Moe Service Centre Meeting Rooms
Available: 7 days a week from 7am to late evening

Seats with table:16
Seats, theatre style: 30 maximum
Meeting room 4
Seats with table:12
Seats, theatre style: 20 maximum
Meeting room 5
Seats with table:16
Seats, theatre style: 40 maximum
Moe meeting rooms 4 and 5 can be booked together to allow for a larger meeting. Theatre style seats 60 maximum.

By requesting a booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Alternatively a tentative booking for use of the meeting rooms can be made by emailing commbook@latrobe.vic.gov.au
What happens next?
The person booking the meeting room will be contacted via telephone or email to confirm the booking.
Cost?
Free for Community Groups based in Latrobe City.
Rates apply for commercial organisations in 2018/19:
- Per hour: $30
- 5 hours or more: $146
If Meeting Room 4 and 5 are booked together the one fee of $146 will apply.
Payment can be made in-person or an invoice will be forwarded to the hirer.
