The Latrobe City Next‑Level Growth Program is an eight‑week coaching, mentoring and business education program delivered by 25eight, designed for small and medium business owners who are committed to shaping the next stage of their business.

This is not a one‑off workshop or a focus on a single tool or tactic. The program provides a structured process that supports participants to step back from daily operations, explore new directions, test ideas, and make confident, informed decisions.

Participants are supported by experienced practitioners and industry mentors through personalised diagnostics, expert coaching, and practical learning focused on real business decisions. Industry mentoring sessions provide sector‑specific insight and real‑world perspective to support informed decision‑making.

The program also integrates AI and digital capability, helping participants understand where emerging technologies can add value in their business and how to use them effectively and responsibly.

Valued at $3,000, the program is fully funded by Latrobe City Council and delivered specifically for businesses operating in Latrobe City.
