Are you a medium to large business looking to take your business to the next level?
Ready to grow, diversify and innovate? The Industry Growth Program is a 12-week coaching, mentoring, and business education program run by 25eight, starting in early 2026.
Designed for established businesses to explore new opportunities and turn growth ideas into action. The program is ideal for businesses that have been operating for 5 years or more and are ready to take the next step. Owners and leaders can bring up to two team members to gain practical skills, insights, and confidence to accelerate growth even in a changing regional economy.
Valued at $5,000 and fully funded by Latrobe City Council and the Victorian Government, free for up to 15 eligible business leaders.

Selection criteria
Businesses will be selected based on the following criteria:
- Commitment to the completion of the program and in-person and online session dates.
- Enthusiasm and passion for growing their business demonstrated by the description of benefits to the business in the application.
- The growth potential of their business.
