Six Steps to Business Success

Churchill Series

Do you have a business or are you planning to start one? The Six Steps to Success for your Small Business program is designed to provide you with the tools to build the foundations of a successful business. The workshops will be delivered each Thursday night over a 6 week period. With a maximum of 15 participants the program provides an opportunity to develop your network and give your business the best opportunity starting out.

Where: Churchill Neighbourhood Centre
When: Thursday 18 July -  Thursday 22 August
Cost: $60 per person.

Gippsland Business Festival 2019

The Gippsland Business Festival is back in August with events, workshops and mentoring taking place across Latrobe City Council. Highly sought after speaker and author Chris Helder will launch the festival on Tuesday 6 August at MOMO Café Traralgon, discussing how to create genuine connections with your customers and take your business to the next level. The 2019 Gippsland Business Festival will also feature a keynote presentation from founder of the famous Beechworth Bakeryand business leader Tom O’Toole and events on business development and cash flow, marketing and social media, entrepreneurs and start-ups, and employing and leading people. It is an opportunity for small business people to network, upskill, learn and grow.

Come along to this business networking event where you will hear from inspirational Beechworth Bakery founder, Tom O'Toole. Tom will delve into the ingredients of success and share his incredible entrepreneurial story of how he created Australia's most successful stand-alone retail bakery business. Employing over 250 staff with a turnover in excess of $17 million and serving over 1 million customers per year, the bakery is testament to Tom's savvy entrepreneurship, drive and innovative business practices. Tom will deliver plenty of practical take away messages and attendees will leave feeling inspired and ready to take their business to the next level. There will be fantastic opportunities to network with other like-minded businesses while enjoying Little Prince's famous food & hospitality.
