Latrobe City Small Business Festival

16 – 19 August 2022

The Latrobe City Council Small Business Festival is a week-long celebration of the important role small business plays not only in our local economy, but our broader community.

With numerous events running throughout the week, the festival provides our local business community with the opportunity to hear from thought leaders from around Australia share their experience, and provides businesses with knowledge sharing, upskilling and networking opportunities.

Hosted by Latrobe City Council with funding from the Victorian Government’s COVIDSafe Outdoor Activation Fund.


First Impressions

The Importance of First Impressions – Visual Merchandising workshop with CC 

Tuesday 16 August

Learn the latest local and global examples of best practice retail design and visual merchandising techniques.

This two-hour session will cover brand identity, shopfront presentation, signage, window displays, instore merchandising and creating captivating shopping experiences.

Workshop attendees will have the chance to win one of five intensive personal in store development programs with CC to help develop their businesses to maximise visibility and customer experiences. The value of these programs is estimated to be $900 for each business.

And he’s the co-founder of the fastest-growing craft spirits brand in Australia, Four Pillars Gin. Matt share’s his insights into what businesses and leaders of all types can learn from the world of craft gin.

Latrobe City Business Chamber (LCBC) is the ‘One Voice’ which represents all businesses within Latrobe City. It is a collaborative effort to grow and develop the region.
