Speechie Library Talks Man and Children

Speechie Library Talks is a campaign aimed at increasing the awareness of speech pathology and the role of libraries in children’s language and literacy development.

Join Elisha to learn more about her role and enjoy a reading of the winner of Speech Pathology Australia's Book of the Year Award.

Elisha Bullen is a speech pathologist who has recently completed a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Speech Pathology at La Trobe University Bundoora. She currently works at Central Gippsland Speech Pathology and is based at the clinic in Traralgon and also across various primary schools in the area. She enjoys working with a range of clients who have speech, language, literacy and social communication difficulties. However she has a particular interest in literacy and language development.

This event will be held via Zoom. Tickets are valid for parents/carers and their children. The story reading is suitable for preschool aged children (3 to 5 years) but all children are welcome to attend.

Speechie Library Talks is a campaign initiated by Speech Pathology Australia in collaboration with the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA).
