Want to be more confident navigating the online world? We run a series of workshops and 1:1 sessions to unravel the mystery and improve your digital literacy skills.

In these short sessions you will learn some tips and tricks to avoiding scams, delivered in an engaging way by an NBN expert.

What you need to bring:

  • Your charged device (or you may be able to access a Library device)
  • Your login and password details (for your eyes only!)
  • Yourself (no prior knowledge needed!)

How it works:

Each topic will start with a lesson ranging from 90 to 120 minutes and be followed by 30 to 60 minutes of 1:1 help with some of our lovely library helpers.

We’ll provide a room, a public computer (if you need one) and some tea, coffee and snacks to keep it interesting!
