Baby Bounce
A gentle introduction to the library...For babies aged birth to 18 months, and their carers, Baby Bounce is a pre-literacy program where the presenter guides you through songs and rhymes to sing to your baby. There's also a story.

Wiggle & Jiggle
Wiggle and Jiggle is a fun program for children aged 18 months to 3 years with props, songs, rhymes and movement. We read a simple book and there is plenty of interaction . Your child will learn about directions, colours, numbers, parts of the body and other things in a fun way.

Storytime
Come along to Storytime and share in the wonderful and sometimes wacky world of books. Enjoy some fun stories, songs, poems and activities. The sessions are aimed at children aged between 3 and 5 years old. Listening to stories and songs helps children to develop their language and motor skills.

Read to Me
Read to Me is a one-on-one literacy program aimed at primary school aged children and set in the friendly and encouraging environment of the Library. Sessions currently run at Moe and Morwell Libraries
Children choose a book from the library and read at their own pace, in their own style to a library staff member. There are little prizes for encouragement. The sessions are 20 minutes maximum, but if the child is fine with 10 minutes, then that is okay too.
