10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday
Use tap and pay for transactions wherever possible.
Staff from teams normally based at Headquarters will remain at home, and therefore customers seeking staff assistance may need to arrange a time to speak via telephone or video conference.
Latrobe City Council’s Contact Centre will continue to operate for customer service enquiries, with visitors encouraged to also utilise online and phone service options.
Business hours - 8:30am until 5:15pm Monday to Friday.
Our after-hours phone service is still operating outside of these hours for urgent issues.
Snap Send Solve remains available for the lodgement of non-urgent issues and is available 24/7.
