Youth Fit 5-12 years

Youth Fit is a fun way to get your child (aged 5 to 12) thinking about physical activity, health and wellbeing using:  

  • Pilates for core stability and strength
  • Yoga for flexibility and balance
  • Fun games for aerobic fitness, agility, running, skipping, hopping, throwing and catching

Classes are:

  • Facilitated by aYouth Fit instructor
  • Progressive so your child improves every time they attend
  • Adapted to suit your child’s needs
  • Capped at 15 participants
