During the Works Approval assessment period (30 May to 27 June) the EPA is accepting public comment on Australian Paper’s proposed Energy from Waste plant at the Maryvale Mill.

These open house sessions are designed to give the Latrobe Valley community an opportunity to find out what the project means for our local area, to ask questions and find out more about the feasibility study.

Representatives from Australian Paper and the EPA will be available to answer questions and listen to community views.

Traralgon: Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 June at the Premiere Function Centre, 29 Grey Street from 2pm – 7pm

Morwell: Tuesday 19 June at the Australian Paper EfW Information Centre, 126 George Street from 2pm – 7 pm

Outside these dates the EfW Information Centre is open Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 3pm, at 126 George Street, Morwell.
