Green Waste Drop Off Facilities

Bulk quantities of garden green waste are ONLY accepted by Latrobe City contractor Pine Gro Pty Ltd at their facilities in Morwell, Moe and Traralgon.

All material acceptable for collection in the green waste bin can be deposited at the collection centres as well as longer branches, prunings and unpainted timber. Treated pine and laminated timber products are NOT acceptable and should be deposited at the Transfer Stations in Morwell, Moe and Traralgon.

No charge green waste disposal weekend

Saturday 25 February and Sunday 26 February 2012
Latrobe City Council will waive green waste charges for the disposal of leaves, grass and small tree branches for all City residents.
No burnt vegetation will be accepted. Please note that ONLY these dedicated green waste collection centres will accept green waste. (Transfer stations do not accept green waste)

Morwell Site

Monash Way, Morwell 2.0 km from freeway entrance.
Open 8.30am to 4.30pm, weekdays.
Open 9am - 5pm, Saturday and Sunday.

Moe Site

31 Walhalla Rd, Moe.
Open 9am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday

Traralgon Site

Rocla Road, Traralgon .5 km from Princes Hwy
Open 9am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday
