What does hire include?

Standard Hire – Without Traffic Safety Educator

One bike shed with limited bikes in small, medium and large sizes (users are encouraged to bring their own bikes).
Electric, undercover BBQ facilities and green outdoor table including six brown outdoor chairs.
Classroom/function room with three plastic trestle tables and approximately twelve plastic chairs. Five wooden bench seats, whiteboard, display boards, television and bike safety videos.
Toilets - separate male and female.
Disabled toilets with baby change table.
School crossing equipment - flags, stop sign, whistle & uniform.
A selection of spare helmets.
First aid kit.
Fully asphalted road layout with traffic signals controlled from the classroom.
Cleaning equipment including broom and mop.
Kitchen facilities including kettle, variety of crockery, cutlery, oven with hotplates, oven trays, microwave oven and fridge.

Traffic Safety Educator trained in Bike Ed & Level 2 First Aid.
Access to additional Traffic School bikes:
Small, medium & large BMX and some mountain bikes. Trainer wheels are available for some small bikes.
Limited helmets.
Use of bike pump.
TV with in-built video facility.
Road safety resources including puzzles, videos, Bike Ed and Road Smart kits.
Use of three hand-cranked trikes (depending on students' needs).
