Payment Options

There are several payment options available to enable our citizens to make rate payments.

If your details have changed, please complete the change of details form and send it to Latrobe City Council at PO Box 264, Morwell or hand it in at one of our service centres.

1. BPAY

Citizens can have their participating Bank or Credit Union to make this payment directly from their account. Rates Biller Code is 6072.

2. DIRECT DEBIT

Direct Debit can be arranged by contacting the Latrobe City Council and completing the Direct Debit form. Please note, 10 working days notice is required for processing.

3. PAYMENT IN PERSON

Payments can be made at any Post Office during normal business hours by the due dates OR by attending one of Council Offices between 8.30AM - 5.15PM Monday to Friday.  Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS or Credit Card.

4. PHONE

Payment by telephone 24 hours a day by calling 13 18 16. Have the relevant details ready for Credit Card or Debit Account from any Bank, Building Society or Credit Union.

5. MAIL

6. INTERNET

7. CENTREPAY

Use Centrepay to arrange regular deductions from your Centrelink payment.  Call Centrelink to request a Centrepay deductions form.Centrepay reference: 555 070 553H
