Traralgon North Development and Contribution Plan

The Traralgon North project will comprise of the preparation of a Development Plan and Development Contribution Plan for an area north of Marshall’s Road, Traralgon (see map below).

What is a Development Plan and Development Contribution Plan?

A Development Plan identifies where future roads, pathways, parks, wetlands, physical infrastructure etc. should be located.

A Development Contribution Plan sets out the works, services and facilities to be funded through a development infrastructure levy.

 

Project Process

The Project is being undertaken in six stages:

STAGE 1: Inception & Background Review (Completed)

STAGE 2: Engagement Phase 1 (Completed)

STAGE 3: Background Analysis & Report (Current Stage)

STAGE 4: Draft Development & Contributions Plans

STAGE 5: Engagement Phase 2

STAGE 6: Final Plans and Implementation Plan

It is expected that the project will be completed during 2013.
