Our team of passionate and committed staff are employed by Latrobe City Council – owner and operator of all seven of our facilities. Those successful in joining the leisure team at Latrobe will have the opportunity to work across all of the following sites:

• Indoor Multipurpose Facilities - Churchill, Morwell and Moe Newborough
• Outdoor Pools - Traralgon, Moe and Yallourn North
• Indoor Stadium - Traralgon

Positions

Over the year Latrobe Leisure seeks enthusiastic and passionate individuals with the relevant qualifications and a focus on customer service to join our team in the following areas:            

• Group Fitness Instructor: Certificate 3 in fitness, Exercise to music module,Level 2 First Aid
• Personal Trainers: Certificate 4 in fitness, Level 2 First Aid
• Gym Instructor: Certificate 3 in fitness, Level 2 First Aid
• Pool Lifeguard: Pool Lifeguard Award, Level 2 First Aid. Advantageous - Defibrillation
• Swim Teacher: AUSTSWIM teacher of swimming and water safety, Level 2 First Aid. Advantagous - AUSTSWIM -Infant aquatics,  disability aquatics
• Duty Manager: Pool Lifeguard, Level 2 First Aid, Previous Experience in the Industry. Advantageous - Defibrillation
