Churchill Town Centre Plan

Revised Plan for Commercial Centre

The Churchill Town Centre Plan was prepared to encourage the development of an attractive, safe, accessible and well-used community and commercial centre. The Plan was initially adopted by Latrobe City Council in August 2007, and a modified version was adopted in June 2010.

The plan is currently being implemented, with a mix of public and private infrastructure, opening of the Churchill and District Community Hub, rebuilding of the retail centre and re-opening of the Churchill Hotel.

The next phase of planning will prepare a master plan for the precinct between Monash University and Philip Parade, which will be prepared during 2012.
