BALLET WORKSHOP with Melbourne City Ballet
The Melbourne City Ballet Community Participation Experience gives Latrobe City dancers the chance to work alongside Melbourne City Ballet in their production of “Alice In Wonderland”.   
Melbourne City Ballet dancers will facilitate a workshop with young dance enthusiasts to work on technique and teach their classical repertoire.
Following the workshop, a small number of lucky participants will have the chance to perform at the Latrobe Performing Arts Centre with the company.

Workshop Length – 1 Hour (following this you may be selected for the evening performance)
What to Bring-  Ballet Flats, point shoes if applicable and a drink bottle. Dancers are asked to arrive in appropriate dance wear (any colour) with females hair in a bun.
On arrival-
You will be asked to complete an audition form.
If successful, dancers will be required at the theatre at 6pm with hair and make up done.
Requirements-
Girls:  No part, flat ballet bun. Foundation, pink blush and light pink lipstick.
Boys: Neat Hair. No make up.
Please ensure clean stockings and ballet flats are packed  along with a drink bottle and light snacks.
All costumes and head pieces will be provided by Melbourne City Ballet.
Participants will need to remain backstage for the full duration of the show.
