Latrobe City Council pursuant to Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 and the Sale of Council Owned Property Policy gives notice of its intention to consider a proposal to exchange a parcel of Council Land for an equivalent size parcel of privately owned land. The land proposed to be exchanged is located in Church Street Traralgon, being approximately 175 square metres in area.
