About the project

Latrobe City Council is considering the sale and/or lease by private treaty of the whole or part of industrial land off Tramway Road Morwell, the Gippsland Logistics Precinct:

  • A 7.5 hectare site (zoned PUZ4 within the Latrobe Planning Scheme) between Princes Freeway and Tramway Road, Morwell.
  • A 64 hectare area of land (zoned INZ1 within the Latrobe Planning Scheme) between the Princes Freeway and Tramway Road, behind the Mid Valley Shopping Centre.
