Have Your Say on local road speed zone reductions


About the project

Latrobe City Council has received community requests to reduce the speed zones on a number of rural roads from 100kmph to 80kmph.

We can request VicRoads review the speed zoning of roads that it manages. We also work closely with VicRoads around roads managed by that authority. The final decision on all speed rezoning rests with VicRoads.

We’re looking for your say on the rezoning of these four roads in our municipality. We are contacting adjacent property owners directly, with a letter and survey, but if you use these roads, please provide your feedback. 

Have your say on these proposed speed zoning reductions:

  • Traralgon Creek Road, Koornalla (Council Managed Road)
  • Redhill Road, Traralgon South (Council Managed Road)
