Have Your Say on Ellavale East Development Plan

About the project

A proposal has been lodged with Latrobe City Council for assessment by Beveridge Williams on behalf of a landowner who is proposing to undertake a residential development at Ellavale East, Traralgon. This proposal is known as the Ellavale East Development Plan (EEDP).

The EEDP applies to approximately 33 hectares of vacant land situated on the eastern edge of Traralgon’s existing urban area, adjacent to the established ‘Ellavale Estate’ residential subdivision. The land is situated immediately south of the Gippsland Railway line and connects to Mahogany Drive and Nicholi Drive to the east.

The draft EEDP proposes approximately 324 allotments.
