Members of the Latrobe City community are encouraged to use the customer request form to notify Council of any service requests they may have.

Please include your details in the form so that we may contact you directly if clarification is needed, then select the nature of your request from the drop down box.

Your request will be forwarded to the most appropriate Latrobe City officer and actioned accordingly.
