Applying for a Planning Permit

Applications for a Planning permit can be lodged with Council by mail or directly at any of Council’s service centres. Applications for Subdivisions can be lodged and accepted electronically via SPEAR.  SPEAR Subdivisions manages applications on-line including lodgement, requests for further information, referrals, advertising, approvals and tracking of applications.

To submit an application the relevant application form must be completed as well as the appropriate planning fee paid upon lodgement.
